I recently finished up Invisalign treatment here and couldn't recommend this clinic enough. Dr. Laurie is exceptionally skilled and attentive, and very kind. From someone who has trouble advocating for myself when I have concerns, I very much appreciated how thorough she was in ensuring I was satisfied with my results (and she was more than willing to make any adjustments). The reception staff and assistants are wonderful too. My smile gets so many compliments now and looks even better than when I got my braces off 12 years ago.

I had a fantastic experience with McNamara Orthodontics! I used Invisalign to improve my teeth alignment and was able to finish ahead of schedule thanks to their clear instructions and consistent weekly check-ins through their super convenient app. I loved being able to send progress photos directly to Dr. Laurie, which made the whole process feel really smooth and personalized. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and supportive—truly made the experience wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Dr. Laurie does excellent work. My daughter recently had her braces removed, and we are so pleased with with outcome! It has been a very pleasant experience every step of the way--the staff are always responsive, kind and happy to explain procedures and answer questions. I highly recommend them.

We have had a terrific experience with McNamara Orthodontics. Laurie and her staff are all amazing! The atmosphere is professional, cozy and friendly. They keep a prompt and tight schedule, and we've always been seen within a few minutes of arrival to the office. I'm no dental expert, but the procedures my son experienced all went exactly the way we were told they would and we're thrilled with the results. I highly recommend!

Went here to get a quote for my daughter. We live 3.5 hours away, but we wanted to keep our options open and see who she liked the best and felt most comfortable with. In the end, we ended up going with the place that was closest to us (still 1.5 hours away) only for convenience factors with her school. She doesn't want to miss a lot of days, and their hours aligned with her schedule better. Anyways, this place is gorgeous. I am in love with the entire building. The staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly and thorough. I wished we lived closer because this place was great!

I highly recommend McNamara Orthodontics for your orthodontic needs. I am 65 years old and saved up to purchase Invisalign to straighten my teeth. Little did I know, the teeth on the left side of my bite were not touching. Dr. McNamara explained my options & we came up with a plan.
The office is clean, well run and organized. Hard to believe because it is so close to the UM hospital, there is PLENTY of on site free parking right next to the office. I was sent electronic reminders for all appointments. I was always called in early and most appointments were shorter than I planned on. Very timely. I received a 5% discount by paying up front in cash.
What a professional staff!! I worked with Liz, Tiffany, Ellen and Dr . McNamara. There were a few more but I did not write down all their names.
Invisalign does require a great deal of self-discipline but the end result is worth it. 40 weeks later & my smile amazing.

Dr. Laurie and her staff are wonderful. I brought three boys in for a consultation and admired their focus on doing what is best for each boy as well as not pushing any treatment that isn’t necessary. I had tried other practices in the area and they were ready to put braces and expanders on the kids immediately. The boys feel comfortable during their care and we are very pleased.
